
Cell Phone Allowance
As part of the IT 'Bring Your Own Device' Policy:
Cell Phone Reimbursement Allowance
Due to the nature of the work, certain positions are eligible for cell phone reimbursement allowance. Reimbursement is for cellular service only with no reimbursement for device, equipment, or other service charges. This reimbursement will be paid directly to the employee on the first paycheck of every month.
Eligible Positions
Executive Team, Department Directors, HR, IT, Medical Providers, and other positions as approved.
Reimbursement Amount by FTE
=/>.8 FTE will be reimbursed $50.00 per month and =.5 to <.8 FTE will be reimbursed $25.00 per month. No reimbursement will be paid for those working less than .5 FTE. If an employee works in a dual role where only one position is eligible for reimbursement, the reimbursement amount will be determined by the FTE worked in the eligible position.
