Employee Assistance Programs [EAP]

Southwest Care Center provides the team members with Employee Assistance Programs, which offer support for personal problems they my be experiencing. All employees have access to the EAP program through Mutual of Omaha and those who are enrolled in a Presbyterian healthcare plan also have a a secondary EAP program they may access when needed.
