Reporting Concerns
Team members who have questions, concerns, or complaints regarding discrimination, harassment, or unequal treatment are encouraged to promptly report the matter to the Vice President of Human Resources or submit an incident report through the SCC Incident Reporting System (see Related Information & Associated Forms for link access).

All reports will be reviewed promptly and handled as confidentially as possible consistent with a thorough and fair investigation.

Non-Retaliation
Southwest Care Center strictly prohibits retaliation against any team member who, in good faith, raises a concern, files a complaint, participates in an investigation, or exercises rights protected under federal or New Mexico law. Any team member who believes they have been subjected to retaliation should immediately report the concern to the Vice President of Human Resources.

Violations of this policy, including discriminatory conduct, harassment, or retaliation, will result in corrective action up to and including termination of employment. All team members are expected to cooperate fully in investigations conducted under this policy.
