Retirement Plan
Eligible team members are able to participate in Southwest Care Center's retirement plan. Plan participants may make pre-tax contributions to a retirement account starting at 6 months of service.

Upon becoming eligible to participate in this plan, team members will receive should visit the 'Start Your Journey' banner on the SCC Sharepoint Main Page and access the enrollment document for instructions on how to enroll and manage their account.
Please refer to the SCC Benefits Guide for additional information. for detailed plan information. An HR Representative is also available to assist with further questions.
