Time Off Including Sick Leave

Southwest Care Center (SCC) recognizes that team members have diverse needs for time off from work and as such, SCC has established generous time off plans that promote work life balance and well-being.

Additionally, this policy and accompanying procedure has been developed to ensure compliance with the New Mexico Healthy Workplaces Act-Paid Sick Leave (NMSA 50-17-1 to 50-17-12) effective July 1, 2022.
